"The most valuable attribute a designer has is the ability to listen to a client's needs. It is then the designer's job to make each interior project aesthetically pleasing. Functionality can be beautiful."

LAURA BRYANT IS MAKING TALLAHASSEE BEAUTIFUL...

...one room at a time. As a licensed interior designer, Laura creates stunning spaces that reflect her clients' personalities and lifestyles. She often places an emphasis on architectural elements within a space and believes that color coordination can make or break a room. Through her experience and ability to work closely with her clients, Laura makes everyday spaces more delightful by incorporating her customers' personal touches into her professional designs and space plans.

Often inspired by her earlier travels throughout Europe studying art and architecture, Laura's eclectic taste helps her visualize her clients' diverse desires and needs. Laura has a Bachelor's Degree in Art History with a minor in Studio Arts and Architectural Studies from Emory University, and she earned a Master's Degree of Interior Design from Florida State University. Laura has collaborated with numerous designers

throughout the Southeast, including Tory Winn and Melissa Galt of Atlanta. For the last four years, Laura built her local reputation as a talented and fresh designer while working with Tallahassee-based design company Design & More.

Laura maintains an Allied Membership with the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), and her projects have been recognized by the Tallahassee Democrat. She was most recently featured in the "At Home" section of the June/July 2011 Home & Design magazine, in which Laura was interviewed in her own home.

Originally from Miami, FL, Laura now calls Tallahassee home. She is married and has two yellow labs who love to curl up on her designer sofa, which is a stylish eggshell linen to hide their occasional shedding. Functionality meets beauty - Laura's own home follows her professional mission.
